the short version: use the app, don't abuse it, we're not responsible if your phone spontaneously decides to delete your gym selfies. (it won't — we don't auto-delete anything.)
use of the app
memescanr is a photo organization and cleanup tool. it helps you identify memes, duplicates, screenshots, blurry photos, and other clutter in your camera roll. you decide what to keep and what to delete — we never make that decision for you.
your content
memescanr does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, contacts, notes, or any media. your content is yours. we don't upload it, we don't analyze it on a server, we don't train AI on it. everything stays on your device.
no automatic deletion
memescanr will never delete, modify, or move your content without your explicit approval. every deletion requires your confirmation through the ios system dialog. there are no background deletions, no auto-clean features, no surprises.
premium subscription
memescanr offers a free tier (25 deletes per session, 5 backroom items) and a premium tier (unlimited everything). subscriptions are managed through apple's app store. pricing, billing, and cancellation are handled by apple — we don't process payments.
- free trial: 3 days (once per apple id)
- auto-renewal: subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends
- cancellation: manage in ios settings → subscriptions
availability & updates
we may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. the app requires ios 16+ and an internet connection for subscription verification only.
limitation of liability
memescanr is provided "as is" without warranties. we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.
intellectual property
memescanr, the memescanr logo, and all related branding are pending trademarks of afia labs llc. the app's code, design, and content are protected by copyright.
changes to these terms
we may update these terms. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. we'll note the "last updated" date above.
